The 14-day WhatsApp Lead OS pilot is AED 12,000 to 18,000 flat. The range exists so a 10-agent firm and a 30-agent firm both get a fair number. The actual figure is set on the audit call after we know your agent count and CRM.
14-day pilot. AED 12 to 18k flat. No tiers.
50 percent on signing.
50 percent on day 14 (go-live).
Two pilot slots open in June 2026.
From pilot 3 onwards, the pilot tier is retired and the OS is priced at:
Month-to-month, 30 days notice to cancel. No multi-year contracts.
Add-ons (deployed after pilot 1 ends): voice agent for missed-call recovery, CRM migration, custom Bayut/Property Finder integrations. Quoted on the call.
On day 1 of the pilot we measure your leak rate (defined as: portal leads received minus leads that received a qualifying response within 5 minutes, divided by total leads). On day 30 of go-live we measure again. If the leak rate has not dropped by 30 percent or more, we refund the pilot in full.
The audit data is the ground truth. No fine print.
A pricing page should also tell you what you are not paying for.
Not a generic WhatsApp template tool. We build the agent brain, not the inbox.
Not a CRM migration. We work with whatever CRM you already use.
Not voice. Voice agents (missed-call recovery, follow-up calls) are a separate add-on we deploy after pilot 1.
Not a multi-year contract. Month-to-month after the pilot, 30 days notice.
Not zero-effort. Your team spends 2 to 4 hours with us in week 1 (audit) and 1 hour per week during the pilot. If your team can't spare that, the pilot will fail and we shouldn't start.
Six questions. We measure your response time, missed-call rate, and leak rate against industry benchmarks. You get a written 1-page assessment. No pitch on the call.
