Does this work for Bayut, Property Finder, and dubizzle leads?
Yes. Bayut and Property Finder send leads via email and (on paid tiers) webhook. We parse both. Dubizzle is similar. Walk-in WhatsApp leads are handled natively because the agent owns the WhatsApp Business number.
What CRMs do you support?
We work with whatever you have: Bitrix24, Master Key, Pipedrive, Property Finder MyCRM, Zoho, HubSpot, Go High Level, or a spreadsheet. We do not migrate you. We integrate with what you run.
Does the AI agent speak Arabic?
Basic Arabic at launch. The agent handles greetings, qualification questions, and viewing confirmations in Modern Standard Arabic and Khaleeji. For nuanced negotiation we hand back to your agent. English and Hindi are full coverage.
What if a lead asks something the AI cannot answer?
The agent escalates to the right human agent on your team within 60 seconds, with the conversation history and what the buyer is looking for already summarized. Your agent picks up where the AI left off.
RERA compliance: do AI-sent messages need disclosure?
We add a one-line disclosure to the agent's first message indicating the conversation may be AI-assisted on behalf of your RERA-licensed firm. If your specific situation requires different wording, your compliance lead reviews and we adjust.
What happens to my agents' personal WhatsApp numbers?
Nothing. Agents keep their numbers for personal communication. The Lead OS sits on a separate WhatsApp Business number that becomes the brokerage's official inbound. Agents are notified in the OS when a lead is routed to them.
