1 · Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website autometa-ai.com and any services we provide that reference these Terms (collectively, “the Services”). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

The Services are provided by Autometa AI (“Autometa,” “we,” “us”), a business operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2 · Using the site

You may browse the site, read our blog, download free resources and book an audit with us. In return, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when you book, sign up or contact us.
• Use the site for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Not scrape, republish or resell our content in bulk without written permission.

We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe you're breaching these Terms.

3 · Playbook library

Our playbook library (at autometa-ai.com/resources) contains materials you access after verifying a phone number. By signing up you agree that:

• The playbooks are for your team's internal use. Don't redistribute, resell or publicly republish them.
• You may freely implement the techniques and workflows described — that's the point.
• We may revoke access if we reasonably believe the library is being abused (mass sign-ups, credential sharing, scraping).
• We may update, replace or remove playbooks at any time.

4 · Paid engagements

When you engage us for a paid project (one-off sprint, build & run, fractional RevOps), the specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and payment terms are set out in a written engagement letter or statement of work. That document — not this page — is the authoritative contract for the engagement.

Payments

• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated in the engagement letter (typically Net 14).
• Late payment may pause our work until the invoice clears.
• Refunds and cancellation terms are per the engagement letter.

Cancellation

Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days' notice unless your engagement letter says otherwise. Fixed-scope projects follow the milestone structure agreed in writing.

5 · Intellectual property

Our stuff

The site content, trademarks, playbook text, screenshots, dashboards, illustrations and brand elements are owned by Autometa AI or licensed to us. You may quote and link to our content for non-commercial use with attribution.

Deliverables you pay for

Under a paid engagement, you own the deliverables we build for your business (CRM configurations, automation flows, custom code written for you). We retain rights to:

• General methodology, know-how and reusable components (not specific to your business).
• Open-source libraries, which remain under their respective licences.
• The right to reference our work at a high level in case studies, unless your engagement letter requires confidentiality.

6 · Your content

When you share business information with us (CRM exports, process docs, call recordings, written notes), you keep ownership. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services. Confidential information is protected under the engagement letter and our privacy policy.

Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share — no stolen data, no third-party confidential material, no personal data you didn't collect lawfully.

7 · Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our work with care and aim to deliver real, measurable outcomes — but we don't guarantee specific revenue, lead volumes or conversion rates. Outcomes depend on factors we don't control, including your team's execution, market conditions and the quality of the data you give us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement) except those that cannot legally be disclaimed.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages (including lost profits, lost data or business interruption), even if we've been warned they're possible.
• Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid to us by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

9 · Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) content or data you provide to us that infringes someone else's rights, or (b) your misuse of the Services in breach of these Terms. We'll do the same for you if our deliverables infringe a third party's IP rights, subject to the cap in the previous section.

10 · Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, indemnity, governing law, confidentiality) do.

11 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

12 · Changes

We may update these Terms when our Services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
