WhatsApp Business API · Dubai real estate

WhatsApp Business API and CRM integration for Dubai brokerages.

In Dubai property, the deal happens on WhatsApp. If those conversations run on personal handsets, your firm sees nothing, supervises nothing, and loses the client history the day an agent resigns. We move the whole thing onto one official WhatsApp Business number, logged automatically against the lead in your CRM.

The problem

What personal WhatsApp actually costs a brokerage

It looks free. It is one of the most expensive habits in the business, and it only becomes visible at the worst possible moment.

Cost one

The relationship leaves with the agent

When an agent resigns, the client history is on their handset — every preference, every objection, every promise made. Your firm paid to acquire that buyer and keeps nothing. The next firm the agent joins inherits it.

Firm number = client history stays a company asset
Cost two

No quality control, no dispute protection

Nobody can check what was promised, in what tone, at what price. When a client disputes a commitment, there is no record to check — and no way to train a junior agent on what good actually looks like.

Every conversation recorded and supervisable
Cost three

Nothing reaches the CRM

The real conversation — where the buyer states their budget, their timeline and their doubt — never touches the system. So the CRM shows a stage but not a story, and the manager reviewing the pipeline is reading a shadow of it.

After-hours enquiries just sit

A buyer messages at 9pm. The agent is at dinner, or on holiday, or asleep. By the morning that buyer has booked a viewing elsewhere — and you already paid the portal for the introduction.

AI answers in seconds, day or night, both languages
Cost five

Broadcasts you cannot measure

Thousands of messages go out from personal accounts and nothing records who opened, replied or clicked. Warm buyers sit buried among cold ones, and the next campaign repeats the same blind blast.

Tracked links and forms, engagement written back
Cost six

Numbers get banned at the worst time

Personal numbers used for bulk outreach get rate-limited or blocked, usually mid-campaign. Then the number that half your database knows you by is gone, and there is no way to reach them.

Official API number with quality-rating monitoring
The client history belongs to the business, not to the agent. Everything else in this build follows from that one decision.
What we build

The WhatsApp layer, end to end

Set up on the official WhatsApp Business API, connected to the CRM you already run — Bitrix24, Property Finder MyCRM, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or your own.

Build 01

Official number & shared team inbox

Meta Business verification, one firm number, and a shared inbox where every agent works. Assignment, internal notes, canned replies and handover between agents — all on the record, all inside the firm.

Agents keep their speed, the firm keeps the record
Build 02

AI first response & qualification

Every enquiry answered within seconds, 24/7, in Arabic or English, qualifying budget, area, bedrooms and timeline before a competitor wakes up. The lead and the full transcript are written into your CRM.

You are the first firm to reply, every time
Build 03

Portal lead capture into WhatsApp

Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, website forms and lead ads flow into the same conversation stream, de-duplicated on arrival and assigned one owner by rule with timed escalation if nobody acts.

One queue, one owner, nothing chased twice
Build 04

Project Library & instant sends

The agent picks the lead and the project, and the message writes itself with the correct current price and the right PDF attached. No retyping project details after every meeting, no stale figures in circulation.

≈ a full working day per agent, per month, back
Build 05

Tracked campaigns & broadcasts

Approved templates, opt-in handling, segmented audiences, tracked links and forms. Every click, reply and form fill is written straight back into the CRM as engagement, so warm contacts rise to the top of the queue.

Outreach you can actually measure and repeat
Build 06

Nurture-Draft AI for the old database

The dormant list is segmented and a short, personal message is drafted for each contact every week using current market and project news. Your agent reviews and sends — the system never messages a client on its own.

Weekly meetings from a dead list, no new ad spend
App vs API

WhatsApp Business app or WhatsApp Business API?

The single most common question we get, and the one that decides whether any of the rest is possible.

Straight answer: if you have more than two agents, or you spend money on portals, you need the API. The app is fine for a solo agent and a dead end for a brokerage.

Questions

WhatsApp for Dubai real estate, answered

What is the difference between the WhatsApp Business app and the API?

The WhatsApp Business app runs on one phone, belongs in practice to whoever holds that phone, and cannot be connected properly to a CRM. The WhatsApp Business API is an official Meta product with no app of its own: it connects to your CRM and business systems, supports many agents on one firm number, allows approved template messages and campaigns, and logs every conversation centrally.

For a brokerage, the API is the only version that turns client history into a business asset.

Can agents keep working from their own devices?

Yes. Agents work from a shared inbox on their phone or desktop, but the message goes out from the official firm number and is logged automatically against the lead in your CRM. They keep their speed and their own style; the firm keeps the record, the quality oversight and the relationship.

Does WhatsApp automation break Meta's rules?

Not when it is built properly. The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's own supported product. Business-initiated messages outside the 24-hour service window must use approved templates and go to contacts who opted in. We set up opt-in capture, template approval and quality-rating monitoring as part of the build — which is exactly what keeps the number healthy while volume goes up.

Can the AI reply in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. Enquiries are answered in Arabic or English within seconds, matching the language the buyer wrote in, and the qualification questions — budget, area, bedrooms, timeline — run in both. The full transcript is written into the CRM either way.

Will clients know they are talking to AI?

The AI handles the first response and qualification, then hands to a named agent — and hot leads route to your best closer immediately with a dated task. We do not pretend a machine is a person, and we do not let a machine handle a negotiation. For personal occasions the system only reminds the agent; it never messages the client automatically.

What happens to the client history when an agent resigns?

Nothing — which is the entire point. Because conversations run on the firm's official number and are logged against the lead in your CRM, the history stays with the business when the agent leaves, instead of walking out of the door on a personal handset.

Get your WhatsApp on the firm's books. Start with the diagnosis.

No pitch. In 30 minutes we measure where your pipeline is leaking and what it is worth to fix, using your own numbers — then build only what moves revenue.
